How does Yacht Girls apply the privacy policy?
If you want to use the service Yacht Girls, you must contact us via e-mail, phone, WhatsApp, or by filling out the booking form. We apply the privacy policy to all information received through these channels.
What information does Yacht Girls collect?
When contacting Yacht Girls, you provide us with information. We also use public sources to verify the information provided with our high-class companions. Providing us with incorrect information is not allowed. If you provide incorrect or incomplete information, we have the right to cancel the booking or terminate the agreement with you.
If a booking request is successful and we accepted it, we will collect the following information: name (including surname), contact info (e-mail and phone number), date of birth, and personal preferences (and any other information from the booking form). If possible, we may collect additional information about your personality.
Additionally, we perform a safety screening by sharing certain basic information with a third party to ensure the security and well-being of all involved. If your booking request is not accepted, we retain only necessary correspondence.
International transfers
For the purpose of transferring personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), the parties agree to adopt the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission as a safeguard to ensure adequate protection of personal data, in compliance with the GDPR.

For clients outside the EEA, including those in the United States, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), to protect your data in accordance with GDPR requirements.
How long does Yacht Girls keep your information?
At Yacht Girls, we only keep your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services or to comply with legal obligations. Here’s how we handle the retention of different types of information:
We retain your personal details, such as your name, contact information, and preferences, for 7 years after your last booking or interaction with us. After this period, we either anonymize the data, so it can no longer be traced back to you, or securely delete it.
Information related to your bookings, including booking history and any agreements you made with us, is also kept for 7 years. Once this time has passed, we either anonymize or delete the data, unless we are required by law to keep it longer.
Emails and other correspondence between you and Yacht Girls are stored for 3 years. After that, we securely delete them, unless there’s a legal requirement to keep them for longer.
For safety screenings, we retain this data for 7 years to ensure ongoing compliance and security. After this period, the data is anonymized unless we are required to keep it longer due to legal reasons.
In some cases, we may need to keep certain data longer to comply with legal, tax, or regulatory obligations. Once these obligations are fulfilled, the data is either anonymized or securely deleted to protect your privacy.
In the case of undesirable behavior from your side against our company or our yacht companions, we are allowed to keep your information after the limitation period to protect our company against possible legal claims. We do this to protect our company.
Sharing personal information
Personal information will only be shared within the company. We do not share any info with others, unless, this is strictly necessary to execute your booking request or if the safety of one of our high class companions is at risk.

If a booking is made on your behalf by a third party, such as a personal assistant or representative, it is your responsibility to ensure that the third party has your full authorization to share your personal information and preferences with us.
Yacht Girls is not liable for any discrepancies or issues arising from unauthorized or incorrect bookings made by third parties. By using our services, you accept that any third party acting on your behalf is authorized to do so and that you remain fully responsible for the booking.
Change of privacy policy
We may update our policy due to changes in the law. The most current version will always be available on our website. A lot of work is still being done with respect to a tight privacy law, which may result in several changes of our privacy policy.
